Identification
Deliveries of materials must be labeled with the supplier's name + booth number and should be mentioned on the transport note.

Leave the quay immediately after unloading
After unloading, park your truck or van in the designated parking area
Provide cleaning equipment to clean or vacuum your booth

EVERYTHING must be picked up and removed before 10:00 PM.

Booth : Dimensions
Height 2.5 m x width 3m x depth 4m (2 panels left and right)
1 panel : length 1m x height 2.5 m x thickness 5 mm
panels may not be perforated or pasted.
Booth : Equipment
There is carpet on the booth and in the aisles, a 6A power strip, and sufficient lighting.
Booth : Electricity
Send your special requests should be submitted in advance and on time via makersfair@brico.be
Booth : Lighting
Basic lighting is provided. You can optionally provide spotlights for accent lighting.
Stand: Storage Space
There is little storage space. Empty boxes and pallets must be carried with you after setup
Access Badge
Please collect your badge at the supplier's desk at the entrance of the Makers Fair. Your badge gives you access to the fair and events. Your badge is provided with your company name and your stand number(s). Without a badge, you cannot enter.

Deliveries: Loading & Unloading
There is no loading dock, provide a van with a tailgate lift.
Provide your own pallet jack.
Deliveries: Pallet Note
Deliveries must be labeled with the supplier's name and stand number(s). If you use a transporter, the transport note must contain your stand number and company name. To print the pallet note : go to your private page on the MF site. Download and print your pallet note.
Deliveries: Waste instructions and Stand Cleaning
Empty pallets after setup and breakdown must be taken back.
Waste (cardboard and plastics) must be put in the container outside.
Provide your own vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies to clean your booth
Workshops: Available Equipment in the Workshop Room
TV screen for projection, connection with PC, microphone, and headsets for the speaker and participants, table, and chairs.

Goodies :
This year, there will be no centralised distribution of goodies as in previous years.
Each brand is free to manage the distribution of its gifts directly at its own stand.
